My Still Supplies

You’ll need the following items. Below are recommended links to the tools we use in class (plus some favorite overall health products not necessary for class).


Necessities:

  • a mat (or carpeted surface)
  • a chair (or sofa, table, counter for balance)
  • a firm ball (cork is recommended, can use tennis, massage, or lacrosse ball)
  • a slim roller (a rolled towel will do in a pinch for some classes, but not all)
  • water
  • resistance bands with handles (used only in some of our Stronger Still series in our Content Library)

  • What activities are involved in The Still Connection?

    Here are some of the areas we focus on:

  • How long does The Still Connection last?

    Deeper Still/LIVESTREAM videos that incorporate every component last about 50 minutes.


    Stronger Still (strength/cognitive training) videos last about 8-15 minutes.


    Freer Still (fascia release/cognitive training) videos last about 25-35 minutes.


    Straighter Still (Alignment Foundations/posture) videos last about 5-10 minutes.


    New content is added regularly! 


    Overall, a three month commitment is a good start to develop new priorities and experience real results.


    Keep in mind this is a new way of life. Spending time in stillness addressing mental, physical, and spiritual health needs to be a new habit, so settle in for the long haul. You'll never regret it!
